Graham, as presidentof the Order, was announced, Mr,Graham accepted the presidency in De-cember, 1927, at the request of Vis-. countess Willingdon, and during elevenyears of devoted service has endearedhimself to all who worked with Hugh Fleming, honourary secre-tary, expressed the thoughts of thosepresent when he said: The Order has gone forward under hiswise and benevolent guidance but the in-tense regret at the loss of his leadership istempered by the hope of having the benefitof his counsel for many years to come. A presentation was made to Senatorand Mrs. Graham, on behalf of theBoard of Governors, by Mrs. WilliamDennis, , of Halifax. Mr. JusticeGregor Barclay, of Montreal, expressedappreciation of the long years of devotedservice given by the president andwished him many years of happinessand health.
