In a pre\ious jiaiHT the writer described two new species of ostracods from the Chaz>-, but did not figure them. The present brief note is presented j^rincipally to give figures of three of the more common species. The ostracod fauna of the Chaz>- is not a very large one, and the specimens are not well preserved. Beside the four species enu- merated in this paper, the collection contains representatives of a small form with a long horn in the center of the \entral margin, and single valves of three or four species of small, smooth shells. "Shell of medium size, a little smaller than Leperditia fabiilites, oblong in outline, higher bthind than in front. Hinge short, straight. Anterior end regularly rounded. The posterior end slopes back almost straight for a short distance, but is broadly rounded on the lower posterior margin. The e\e tubercle is small, on some specimens sharp^.
