Border Patrol agents view the remains of the Ocean Tower condominium building moments after its its demolition with explosive charges strategically placed inside the structure. The 31 story building imploded in approximately twelve and half seconds after initial detonation. It was the tallest structure on record to have been intentionally imploded.
