A wine glass filled with hot green tea, lily and Jasmine called , ' Lily Fairy'. It is served at the Ship Inn in Manor Village on Herm Island in the Channel Islands. The flower is taken out of a packet and put into the wine glass of hot water to expand. After a minute, the expanding flower sinks to the bottom of the glass.
