What is being dubbed “Operation Centennial Raging Waters” is likely the biggest rotary-wing airlift mission since Hurricane Katrina and has become a complete neighbors helping neighbors effort with state national guards from Colorado and Wyoming, Active duty units from Colorado as well as search and rescue units from all over the country.
