Thirteen holes, of which the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 7th, 8th, 12th and 13th have closed valves. The thumb of the left hand serves the 1st, 6th and 7th valve, that of the right hand the 3rd and 4th. The round, flat, slightly curved valves are supported by pillars screwed into the wood. the upper two valves with indirect transfer mechanism. The cup and the stirring pipe are also made of brass.
