Ms. Audrey Duncan, a caterer/owner Ms. Audrey's Southern Kitchen and Catering, preps the salad that will be served for dinner during the Louisiana Care 2017 Innovative Readiness Training mission on July 16, 2017. She along with an assistant work with the services personnel to ensure the food is ready for the military members who are providing no cost care to the local community while obtaining valuable training here at East St. John High school.
