The Legs and Feet are black; this Bird was broughtfrom Bengali in the Year 1734, without any Name beingaffixt to it; it feems to be of the Infeftiferous Tribe by itsBill, for which reafon, and its red Colours, I fhall begleave to call it by the Name of the Bengali Redflart.
