Spray and foam from Horseshoe Falls, or Canadian Falls, seen from Terrapin Point above the Niagra River where the river crashes down about 190 feet in forming the falls. The spray created by the waterfall obscured the view of the opposite riverbank which rests in Canada as well as partially obscuring a tourist boat cruising to the brink of the waterfall. Horseshoe Falls, also known as the Canadian Falls, is one of three waterfalls that make up Niagra Falls. Horseshoe Falls straddles the American-Canadian border while the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls like entirely within the United States.
