Thailand (June 13, 2018) - Musician Seaman Kathryn Whitbeck, assigned to Navy 7th Fleet Band, greets students at Ban Charknok primary school during a 7th Fleet Band performance in support of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2018. The CARAT exercise series, in its 24th iteration, highlights the skill and will of regional partners to cooperatively work together towards the common goal of ensuring a secure and stable maritime environment.
