Flag of Libya - originally introduced in 1951. It fell out of use in 1969, but was subsequently adopted by the National Transitional Council and anti-Gaddafi forces and formally reclaimed as the Libyan national flag in the interim Constitutional Declaration of 3rd August 2011.
