DAHLIA NOVELTIES and VARI- ETIES of SPECIAL MERIT This collection consists of new American and European intro- ductions, including a few older sorts which are still scarce and compares in quality with some of the best of recent introductions. A large, deep, well built, beautiful flower, very original in coloring, a burnished copper, shading to bright yellow at the centre with the entire flower slightly suffused with rose; a tall grower that pro- duces its flowers freely from early until late in the season on good stems; a splendid keeper, fine for exhibition and as a cut flower.
