Indra, a fast spinning gas giant generating tremendous tidal forces.

Artist's concept of Indra, a fast spinning gas giant generating tremendous tidal forces, tearing its moons apart when they stray too close. As it swirls at incredible speeds of more than 28,000 mph (45,000kph), the planet becomes an oblate sphere, with the equatorial radius of the planet being much greater than it's polar radius. This furiously spinning maelstrom is mirrored in the galaxy seen beyond its newly formed rings and the remaining moons: Agni, Vayu, and Antarik.
