Nearly 100 volunteers from New York’s Fort Hamilton and the surrounding area gather to participate in a joint training exercise between the New York Fire Department and the 59th CBRN Company from Ft Drum, NY, Dec. 2, 2016. This event was the conclusion of a week long training exercise organized by the City of New York and Army North, and supervised by Northern Command. The events gave soldiers and local first responders the experience of working together during a complex chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear emergency.
