BWINDI NATIONAL PARK, UGANDA: ONE gorilla wielded a big stick like a weapon as it sought to ward off a photographer who got too close for comfort. The stunning shot shows the huge three hundred and fifty-pound silverback hold up the stick in a menacing manner as he shoots the photographer a threatening look as if to say, “why I oughta”. Other images show gorillas in a much more accommodating mood as they swing from branches, feed and play with their young. Some juvenile gorillas can be seen lying back on a branch and relaxing as the world goes by. The pictures were taken by Moscow photographer
