The ver>' handsome tufted, pure white flowers are produced in such great abundance that each plant re- sembles a ball of snozu, and would seem, at a litde distance, to be a single mass of white. It bears but little foliage, which is almost entirely invisible. The flowers are invaluable for bouquets. The Snow Queen grows very regularly, and is unequaled for ribbon beds, borders, and for massing alone in a bed, while even a single plant is a most attractive object.
