Hugh and Irene Soper, of Chiddingly, East Sussex, who woke last week to find more than twenty sheep in their back garden. No-one has reported any missing sheep in the area and police are baffled. In two weeks' time the sheep will become the couple's legal property whether they like it or not, after which they will either have to pay to feed and keep them, or pay to have them destroyed.
