The Director of the Air National Guard, Lt. Gen. L. Scott Rice, and the Air National Guard Command Chief, Chief Maser Sgt. Ron Anderson, visit the Brown Training and Education Center, May 2, 2017, in east Tennessee. General Rice and Chief Anderson spoke with the National Guard’s Joint Enlisted Advisory Council (JEAC), or about 90 senior enlisted National Guard Soldiers and Airmen from the states and territories here this week. They also toured TEC’s campus, meet professional military education students and attended the afternoon retreat ceremony with students and staff.
