SOUDA BAY, Greece (Dec. 3, 2014) – Lt. Luke Radlowski, from Utica, New York, explains the ship’s mission capabilities to participants of the multinational maritime exercise, Phoenix Express 2015, aboard USS Cole (DDG 67). Cole, an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, homeported in Norfolk, is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
