Proboscis fully fleveloped ; palpi with the 2nd joint upturned, reacliing to middle of frons and moderately scaled, the 3rd moderate, porrect and thickly sealed; frons smooth; eyes large, round; antennEB of male with fasciculate cilia; thorax clothed almost entirely with scales and without crests ; tibice slightly fringed with hair, the fore tibiae short with long curved claw on inner side and short claw on outer, the mid of male dilated with a groove containing a fringe of scales, the hind tibire not spined; abdomen smoothly scaled and without crests. Fore wing with the apex rounded, the termeii evenly curved, crenulate ; veins 3 and 5 from near angle of cell; 6 from upper angle; 9 from 10 anastomosing with 8 to form the areole ; 11 from cell.
