Good for either summer or winter, pound, 25c. Prepare hills for seed by incor- porating 2 or 3 shovelsful of well-rotted manure with the soil for each hill. For bush varieties, from 3 to 4 feet each way; for runners, from 0 to 8 feet. After the weather has become settled and warm, plant and cultivate same as cucumbers, (using .^lug Shot to kill bugs.)
