Marine Cpl. Blair Blakeslee was named Tobyhanna Army Depot’s Warfighter of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2018 during a ceremony at the Pocono Raceway prior to Sunday’s Pocono 400 race. The annual event featured activities and tributes honoring the United States Armed Forces.
