Seven-Top or Forrester—(Winter Greens)—Used extensively in the south for winter greens, does not produce a good bulb; desirable- only for its tops. Pkt. 5c; oz. 10c; &lb. 20c; lb. 50c. White Globe. Sweet German— Flesh white, hard and firm, partaking much of the nature of a Ruta Baga; must be sown much earlier than a white Turnip. In the autumn and early winter it is apt to "be hard, but mellows like an apple by keeping. Pkt. 5c; oz. 10c; ^lb. 20c; lb. 50c. Colden Ball—One of the most delicate and sweet-fleshed Turnip in use. Not of large sizp, but firm, hard and of excellent flavor. Pkt. 5c; oz. 10c; alb. 20c; lb. 60c. Amber Clobe—One of the best varieties either for table use or for a field crop for stock. Flesh yellow, fine grained, and sweet. Hardy, keeps well and a good cropper. They grow to a very large size. Pkt. 5c; oz. 10c; Jtflb. 20c; lb. 60c. Cow-Horn—Is without question a delicate and good-flavored sort, and grows in favor both in the market and family garden; a distinct feature is its rapid growth. This variety is pure white, ex- cept a dash of green at the crown, and in shape is long like the car- rot, and generally crooked, hence its name.
