Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1 lay the concrete foundation for new street lights on Naval Station Rota, Spain, Nov. 20, 2018. This project serves to provide safe lighting conditions for the road system on base. NMCB 1 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, and theater security cooperation in the 6th Fleet area of operations.
