Marshall Maccellan, 23d Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) intern, brazes a copper pipe during the “A Day In A Life” program, Aug. 9, 2018, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. The program challenges participating civil engineers to go behind-the-scenes to perform multiple jobs to better understand their fellow Airmen and better develop operational leaders. Airmen from the 23d CES who work in the HVAC shop ensure the maintenance and restoration of the heating and cooling equipment around base.
