Dwarf wheat variety Yecoro Rojo growing in the confined space of NASA's Kennedy Space Center's Biomass Production Chamber. The researchers were using the chamber to see how space travel could affect the crop plant's ability to produce food, water and oxygen and removing carbon dioxide. Photographed on the 22nd June 1988.
