This attractive Volvo 1800's life began in 1971 and was manufactured as an E model with Bosche fuel injection. In 1998, an extensive restoration began involving major bodywork repairs and mechanical works. During these works, completed circa 1999, the fuel injection system was replaced with twin SU carburetors and there is evidence that an un-leaded cylinder head conversion was carried out; all of these works being detailed with invoices and photographs with many invoices from one of the UKs leading Volvo specialists.
