JUANA DIAZ, Puerto Rico, December 21, 2017 – The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), RCAP Solutions, subcontractors from Environmental Restoration, and FEMA work together to collect and properly dispose of household hazardous materials such as televisions, printers, propane, paint, and cleaning products.
