Vaccination has been proposed as a preventive for the Cattle Disease,supposed to be small-pox. But the Cattle Disease is obviously muchmore likely to be cowpox in an aggravated form. If so, the properthing to prevent it will be inoculation. This will be repayment to thebovine race of vaccination in kind, by the rule^that one good^turndeserves another.
