Santa Maria della Pace Rome, with projecting semi-circular portico of six Doric columns, two pairs flanking the central portal and two single columns at the ends. By Pietro da Cortona 1656-1667. Roman Baroque. Inscription reads SUSCIPIANT MONTES PACEM POPULO ET COLLES IUSTITIAM ('The mountains shall bring peace to the people; and the hills, justice').
