Brian Billington, a Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape specialist from the 8th Operational Support Squadron, briefs Airmen from the 8th Fighter Wing on personnel recovery procedures on Aug. 15, 2018 at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea. Knowing how to properly conduct personnel recovery actions is critical to military members stationed in overseas locations so they are well-versed in communicating with friendly forces if they are under duress.
