Wall painting of a tiger attacking a bull, marine monsters in sepia, and peacocks at a fountain in a garden in the style of Tadius from the House of the Epigrams or Casa degli Epigrammi greci, Illustration drawn by Discanno and lithographed by Victor Steeger from Emile Presuhn's "Les Decorations Murales de Pompei," Weigel, Leipzig, 1878. German archeologist Presuhn (1844-1881) lived in Italy for eight years and, with Mr. Discanno, made exact copies of many wall paintings that are now lost.
