A field tunic for an Oberleutnant in Artillery Regiment "Großdeutschland" Summer coat of field grey linen, in unlined issue with dark green collar and insignia for an officer. The shoulder boards with gold "GD" appliqués, the cuff title in black velveteen with silver edge braid and silver-embroidered inscription "Großdeutschland" in Sütterlin script. Stitched-on Krim Shield, affixed EK 1 and a Wound Badge in Black. An obviously used coat with storage-caused (oxidation) signs of age in never-cleaned condition.
