A middle section of a military chamfron, late 2nd - mid-3rd century, Oblong trapezoid-shaped sheet bronze with triangular top. Horizontally divided into seven ornamental segments. Surface largely tin-plated, partly contrasted with nielloed sections. Contours and details of the images accentuated with incised lines and punches.
