This is the Spanish Tall Ship Juan Sebastian de Elcano in the Gulf of Mexico sailing south from Pensacola Pass shot from a light aircraft at 600 Feet AGL This ship is a commissioned vessel of the Spanish Navy and stopped in Pensacola for one week in June of 2009 to commemorate Pensacola s 450th birthday and acknowledge the city Spanish heritage.
