First responders discuss safety procedures Dec. 9, 2016, Travis Air Force Base Calif. The 60th Air Mobility Wing recently conducted an inspector general inspection to assess airmen response to an emergency evolving a simulated explosion of a large scale “dirty bomb” placed inside the base theater. During the inspection, several scenarios happened simultaneously to allow inspection teams to analyze each unit's capability to effectively complete the mission.
