Held near the historic Lake Norconian Conference Center, the event marks the 75th anniversary of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor and 75 years of Navy presence in Riverside County, first as a naval hospital serving the wounded from Pearl Harbor, and currently as the home of the Navy's independent assessment agent, Naval Surface Warfare
