Col. Joseph Martin, commander, 2nd Brigade Combat Team Dagger, 1st Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, pins the Superior Civilian Service Medal on John Crihfield, a foreign service officer with the United States Agency for International Development, embedded with the Dagger Brigade, in a ceremony on Dec. 19.
