PORT OF DJIBOUTI, Djibouti (March 23, 2018) Engineman 2nd Class Ivan Voeur, a member of Task Group (TG) , demonstrates the proper procedures for a stern tow to new crew members during maritime operations, March 23, 2018. TG is forward-deployed to the 6th Fleet area of operations and conducts joint and naval operations, often in concert with allied and interagency partners, in order to advance national interests and security and stability in Europe and Africa.
