JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Nov. 1, 2018) The trombone section of the Navy Band Commodores jazz ensemble stops for a picture with legendary jazz trombonist Dave Steinmeyer, adjunct professor at the University of North Florida and an Air Force veteran who played in the famed Airmen of Note. The Commodores are on a 22-day tour of the southeastern United States, connecting communities to the Navy and building awareness and support for the Navy.
