Blyth's Wattled Lapwing when adult may be distinguished from the Bronze-winged Wattled Lapwing by its having the neck ornamented toith a white collar. It is not known that young in first plumage of the two forms differ. It is a resident in Burmah and Cochin China. Blyth's Wattled Lapwing is very closely related to the Bronze-winged Wattled Lapwing (Z. indicus), and to the Black-breasted Wattled Lapwing {).
