Willow [Salix.] Rosemary-Leaved [Rosmarinifolia] —Budded five to seven feet from the ground, it makes a very handsome round headed, small tree; branches feathery; foliage silvery. Yellow Wood [Virgilea Lutea.] One of the finest American trees, resembling the Robinias, with long racemes of white, sweet-scented flowers in June. Ash [ European Weeping [Excelsior Pendula]—The common, well-known sort, one of the finest lawn and arbor trees, covering a great space, and growing rapidly.
