Of the medical school I cannot say much at have not yet obtained all the necessary teachingappliances, and so are not prepared to receive have, however, one student, the son of a late Wen-chau official. They are very encouraging, and willlead, we trust, to prayer for continued prosperity in the work at Chen-tu, and also that Dr. Edwardsmay be cheered by similar tokens for good in the T ai-yiien district where he goes to labour.
