Bravo Company, 2nd Battalion, 147th Aviation conducts sling load operations in support of annual training for 2nd Battalion, 138th Field Artillery Brigade. The UH-60 Blackhawk transported 69 155mm High Explosive projectiles (ammunition) and 40 M231 Modular Artillery Charge Systems (MACS) and fuses to a secondary tactical assembly area that the 2/138th latter occupied. Air Assault qualified Soldiers with the 2/138th FA BN were provided refresher training by 2/147th during their annual training at Fort Knox, Kentucky, June 16, 2016.
