OCEAN - (March 6, 2019) – Lt. Vyvienne Flores acts as the anti-submarine warfare evaluator aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78) in the Atlantic Ocean, March 5, 2019. Porter, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its sixth patrol in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe and Africa.
