The pilots and weapons systems officers of the 494th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron, assigned to the 332d Air Expeditionary Wing, learned how to bed down their birds, by chalking it, checking all the systems and refueling the plane, somewhere in Southwest Asia in an undisclosed location. This training comes in handy when they land their F-15E Strike Eagles at barebases and don't have access to the maintenance support staff.
