Roh’s special delegates, however, will visit the Three Revolution Exhibition Hall as planned. It is unclear if President Roh will be able to view the Arirang Mass Gymnastics Performance this afternoon as it is raining in Pyongyang. The North Korean officials will inform the delegation from the South whether or not the performance will be staged as scheduled after checking weather conditions.
