OnChristmas Day there were 260 communi-cants at the service, and they brought,together with about 400 others, thank-offerings which amounted to Rs. 80. Themen show a remarkable keenness forlearning, and the most important chiefsin the country do not consider it beneaththeir dignity to sit at the desks as pupilswhenever their duties to the State willallow them.—C. M. Oak Grove House, Near Bronson, Michigan. The Oak Grove house is in northernpart of LaGrange county, Indiana. Thecongregation is a part of the EnglishPrairie church. The house was built in1906 and dedicated December 6, BishopLevi H. Eby preaching. Bro. MartinWordman, Bronson, Mich., with a good-ly number of members, are doing theirbest to build up the cause. An activeSunday school, as well as regular preach-ing services, are held. This is a greatfield in which much good can be donefor the Master. THE CONEWAGO CHURCH, EAST-ERN PENNSYLVANIA. Edgar M. Conewago house is in the SpringCreek congregation. It is in ConewagoTownship, Dauphin Co., Pa. It is threeand one-half miles north of Elizabeth-town, Pa. This church or meetinghousewas built in 1854. Many years ago Hollinger was the bishop in thiscongregation. After him, Bro. William Hertzler was the bishop. Bro. Wm. IHertzler was the father of Eld. S. , of Elizabethtown, Pa.
