Picture dated January 20th shows drivers on the flooded and icy A1101 in Welney on the Norfolk/Cambridgeshire border on Friday morning. Flooded fields and roads around Welney on the Cambridgeshire and Norfolk border were iced over this morning (Fri) as the big freeze continues. The Fenland fields were flooded after the River Delph burst its banks following heavy rain over the last few days. The A1101 road was also officially closed today but motorists still attempted to drive through. The Environment Agency has issued 50 flood warnings and 73 alerts today as most places in Britain have seen a cold and frosty start.
