It con-sists of a mucous membrane covered by a fibrous expansion of the ten-dons of the orbicularis and tensor tarsi muscles. The nasal duct is ushort canal, three fourths of an inch long, running downward, back-ward, and outward to the inferior meatus of the nose, terminating an enlarged orifice. OF THE ORGAN OF HEARING.
